Copy trading for Polymarket US
Pick traders worth following. Every time one of them bets, Taildraft finds that same market on Polymarket US and places a scaled-down version in your account — within seconds, inside limits you set. Start free with paper bots: same traders, same rules, no money at risk and no API key needed.
No card. Real bets stay in your own Polymarket US account — we never hold your funds.
How it works
Ranked by what their bets returned per dollar when held to the result — losing bets included, not leaderboard profit.
Budget per trader, most per bet, minimum price, loss limit. One game can never take more than a quarter of a bot's budget.
Copies appear in your account seconds after the trader bets. Every decision is logged, including the bets we declined and why.
Free, no card
Paper bots follow the same traders under the same rules as live ones and record what would have happened. Nothing is at stake, so there's nothing to connect and nothing to pay. Give it a week before you think about real money.
Guardrails
On by default. Each exists because we lost money learning it — the full write-up is here.
No single game takes more than 25% of a bot's budget, however many times the trader bets it.
Bets under 50¢ are skipped. Across 215 real underdog copies they returned −42% per dollar.
Full-game markets only — never a first-half line standing in for a full-game bet. How matching works.
A bot pauses when it is down past your limit, but never on fewer than 15 finished games.
Pricing
We never take a cut of your bets — so we have no reason to push you into more of them. Paid plans aren't open yet; join free and you'll be first in.

Polymarket US charges its own trading fee on every bet — roughly 2.4–2.9% of what you stake. That goes to the exchange, not to us.
Straight answers
We don't know, and nobody selling copy trading does. We ran it with our own money for a month and lost $355 of $1,020, mostly on underdog bets before we understood them. Those bets are now skipped by default. A trader's record is evidence about the past, not a forecast — which is exactly why paper mode is free and why we'd rather you spent a week in it. Your bets are placed on Polymarket US, using a developer key you create there and can revoke. The traders you follow are public accounts on international Polymarket — you don't need an account there. Tools that ask you to "connect a wallet" cannot trade a US account at all; here's why.
Plenty. Of 10,023 trader bets we watched in a week, about one in six could be mirrored. US doesn't list every game or offer every bet type, and we skip underdogs and games where the trader has bet both sides. Expect quiet days, and expect to see every skip with its reason.
You do. Bets are placed in your own Polymarket US account with a key that can trade but cannot deposit, withdraw or transfer. Paper bots need no key at all.
